=== Jong Jubal opens Sushi Bar ===

In the past months, several plans have been discussed to make Jong Jubal financially fully independent. From all of these plans the opening of a sushi bar has been selected, mainly given the amount of knowledge of the Japanese culture that has been acquired during the design of the show Sensei.

The official opening of Sensei Sushi Bar is scheduled on May 1st. During Kingsday, the corps will promote this festive opening throughout the city.

"A drum corps with its own restaurant is a unique structure" sais Jong Jubal Coordinator Monique Wassink. "The advantage of this particular structure is that the corps can provide free advertising for the restaurant. For example, the guard flags will be printed with the logo of Thuisbezorgd.nl, and the frontline screens will be printed with the menu."

But the opening of the restaurant is not only adventageous for financial reasons. Whereas members used to be treated with hamburgers during rehearsal, there will be an all-you-can-eat sushi buffet ready for them in the future.
