Met Jubal naar de USA?
Jubal drum & bugle corps uit Dordrecht staat aan de vooravond van een bijzondere periode in de rijke geschiedenis van de club. In 2011 bestaat Jubal 100 jaar en dat zal op grootse wijze gevierd worden. Eén van de hoogtepunten wordt natuurlijk de nieuwe USA tour in de zomer van 2011.
Staf en bestuur zouden het geweldig vinden om tijdens het 100-jarig bestaan ook met 100 spelende leden te lopen. Een hoge ambitie, maar we gaan ervoor. Jij kan daar onderdeel van uitmaken door lid te worden van Jubal!

De plannen voor de USA-tour worden op dit moment gemaakt, ook wordt al nagedacht over een spectaculaire show. Maar eerst hebben we nog 2010. Dat jaar moet een geweldige opmaat worden naar het jubileumjaar. We zouden het fantastisch vinden om aankomend seizoen al met zoveel mogelijk mensen aan de slag te gaan, zodat we in 2011 met een bijzonder hechte groep de USA kunnen veroveren.

Heb je interesse? Kom dan zaterdag 24 oktober naar de open dag in clubhuis JMC in Dordecht. (Jan Ligthartlaan 1) ’s Ochtend houdt Jong Jubal z’n open dag, vanaf 13:00 uur is Jubal aan de beurt. Op deze dag geldt: niets moet, alles mag. Rustig rondkijken, praten met leden en/of staf, meedoen met de repetitie. Ervaring is handig, maar bij Jubal absoluut niet vereist!

To the USA with Jubal?
Jubal drum & bugle corps from Dordrecht is looking at the start of a very special period in the corps’ rich history. In 2011 Jubal will be celebrating its 100th anniversary in grand style. One of the climaxes will obviously be the scheduled tour in the USA in the summer of 2011.
Staff and management would love to field a corps of 100 members during our 100th anniversary year. Quite an ambition, but we’re going for it.
You could be a part of that by joining Jubal as a member!

The plans for the USA Tour are in full swing, also for putting together another spectacular show. First of all we’ll have the 2010 season though, which will have to be a fantastic overture to the anniversary year. It would be marvellous if we can already start next season with as many members as possible, to then conquer the USA with a very solid group in 2011.

Are you interested? Then please come and see us at our Open House in the JMC corps hall in Dordrecht (Jan ligthartlaan 1) on October 24.
Jong Jubal will have its Open House in the morning, after which Jubal will take over at 1PM.
This day commits you to nothing. You can look around at ease, talk to members and/or staff or even participate in the rehearsals yourself. Experience comes in handy, but at Jubal it’s absolutely not a requirement!
